TIP: In order to best meet your appointment requests, we ask you to book the treatments when you reserve your room or to let us know at least two weeks before the start of your holiday.
We would be happy to advise you personally in our beauty department. You can make appointments in the beauty department or at reception. Dolasilla‘s Beauty & Spa is open for you from Monday to Saturday.
For the optimal course of your treatment:
- »If you are pregnant or have health problems, we ask you to discuss this with our beauty staff when you make an appointment.
- »Come to our beauty department dressed in a bathrobe - 2. If you have booked a massage, we ask you to wear swimwear or underwear.
- »In order to prepare your body and mind for the upcoming treatment, we ask you to arrive a few minutes before the appointment begins. If you arrive late, the treatment may have to be shortened.
The following beauty treatments are not suitable for pregnant women: massages with essential oils, vital stone massage, herbal stamp massage, back resonance massage, foot zone massage, draining massages and baths.
Cancellations
We ask you to inform us of your cancellation no later than 12 hours before the start of treatment. For short-term cancellations we have to charge 50% of the price. In the event of no-show or failure to notify, the full amount will be charged.
